?? Accounting Manager – Agriculture | Central California | $75K–$85K + Benefits
A well-established and rapidly growing agricultural company is seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to lead farm accounting operations and support financial decision-making across departments. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working closely with both finance and operations teams.

?? What You’ll Do:
• Oversee daily accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Manage farm inventory accounts and support budgeting/forecasting efforts
• Lead and mentor accounting staff across A/P, A/R, payroll, and general ledger
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and ensure accuracy
• Support cost accounting and contribute to operational efficiency

? What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience (public accounting a plus)
• 1+ years of cost accounting experience (preferred)
• Prior management experience (preferred)
• Experience in the agriculture industry is a strong plus
• Proficiency in Excel; ERP or accounting software experience (Famous software a plus)
