As a Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. We're looking for a candidate who is well-versed in drink recipes and has the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks based on guest requests and our company’s recipes.
• Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude and take drink orders promptly.
• Keep the bar area and storage spaces clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Track inventory levels and communicate low stock to Management.
• Ensure that glasses, utensils, and bar equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized for future use.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and events as needed.

Physical Abilities

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions including excessive heat and rain.
