We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our new dental practice in Lakewood Ranch, FL, and we want YOU to be part of our hygiene team! Whether you're a seasoned professional or just starting your career, we welcome applicants of all experience levels.

While our construction wraps up in August 2025, we’re eager to start building our team now! You’ll have the chance to train and collaborate at a nearby location.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Florida and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
• Strong knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
• A passion for continuous learning and growing your clinical skills to meet patient needs.
• Ability to address clinical needs as required by the office.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as required by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
• Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training sessions throughout the year.
• A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions, arranged during the pre-employment process.
