Core Job Responsibilities
New Market Development plays a critical role in advancing surgical innovation solutions and driving new strategic business opportunities, with a strong focus on differentiated products. The role requires operating room experience to effectively support surgical case initiatives and ensure optimal clinical outcomes. A deep clinical foundation will be leveraged to educate and influence adoption among surgeons and distributor partners.
This position also encompasses upstream and downstream marketing responsibilities, including identifying market needs, shaping strategic direction, and supporting adoption efforts. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to recommend new projects, accelerate market penetration, and proactively create momentum to drive trialing, presence, and adoption rates.
The department actively manages relationships with surgeons and representatives, determining the appropriate level of clinical support to optimize surgical outcomes and enhance the adoption process.

The employee will be required to perform duties at a computer workstation on a computer and phone. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to prepare specimens and surgical set for events.
